Our client was looking to make Spokane her home, wanting to be closer to family as she embarked on a new chapter. While searching for the perfect place, she found a floor plan she absolutely loved, but it wasn't in her preferred location. We saw an opportunity to create something truly special. We proposed finding a vacant lot where we could build her dream home from the ground up, allowing her to personalize all the finishes and ensure every detail was perfect.
This 1468 sq ft home offers modern comfort. Enjoy an open-concept main floor featuring a stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and custom shaker cabinets. The living and dining areas flow seamlessly to a covered patio and large backyard. Upstairs, find three bedrooms, including a primary suite with an ensuite bath and walk-in closet. Quality finishes include LVP flooring throughout, quartz counters in all bathrooms, and a fully insulated, drywalled two-car garage

We turned a client's dream of living close to family into reality. By subdividing a lot and building a custom, zero-step home with a craft room and covered porch, we created more than a house—we built a haven for family connections.
